Because we emphasize slow-living quality and sustainable local production, each item is printed to order. Standard manufacturing and trackable domestic courier delivery takes roughly 5 to 9 business days straight to your doorstep.

What happens if my art print or puzzle arrives damaged?
Your premium unboxing experience is our absolute highest priority. In the rare event that a transit courier bumps, creases, or damages your package, do not worry at all! Simply snap a quick photo of the damage and email our team at studio@inkjig.com.au . We will ship a brand-new replacement copy to you completely 100% free of charge.
Can I change or cancel my order?
